HEIT provides 24x7x365 monitoring with service support provided through proactive status, notification and performance reporting for capacity planning and predictive analysis. In addition to collecting information, HEIT allows users to define specific criteria or thresholds that allow the system to make a determination on the quality of service based on the monitored data.

Alert

Specific alerting provides management by exception – this allows HEIT and/or your IT team to concentrate on issues that are key to your business and require immediate attention.

Report & Manage

HEIT provides 24x7x365 management of your network. Proactive maintenance is a process which minimizes the risk of unplanned incidents disrupting your network.

Providing appropriate information to both technical and business users is a key element of the service which HEIT provides for you. Through an on-demand reporting system that allows users to access information specific to their needs, HEIT provides users access to the right data, at the right time.

Flexibility is provided through the ability to export most reports to CSV or PDF format. The reports can then be emailed directly to either business or technology leaders.

Patch Management

Patch management is the single most effective security precaution that an organization can take in order to secure a network. Although patches and updates are publicly available, the task of manually updating multiple systems is both time and cost prohibitive. Testing these patches is also critical. Patches that have not been tested can wreak havoc on a network and result in significant downtime.
